A huge opportunity exists within Nelson King we now need another Partner!  Not to buy into the business financially; you will need to 'buy in' emotionally to our 'benchmark standard' of Client service and our passion for finding and tracking Hi-Po candidates.  And every placement we make sends £150 to the River Blindness Appeal, saving the eyesights / lives of at least 150 people!

You will join as an experienced consultant with outstanding track record in FMCG.  Your passion, energy and proven ability to create great results for Clients will earn rich rewards.  Initially you will run a recruitment desk, get to know our people and have fun achieving results.  You will access our development program for owner-managers.  Within months, depending on contribution, you will be fast-tracked through our normal progression plan (see above) helping to recruit, train and manage a team of recruiters and be paid an overrider.  Depending on your overall ability, you will be granted shares in Nelson King.  Then, as Partner, you will heavily influence our business plan leading to sale or floatation of Nelson King!

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - SURREY

£20-25,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonuses + benefits
An experienced consultant within FMCG, you seek a consultancy that takes your career seriously.  You are good at what you do but nobody is noticing and you have no structured development plan.

At Nelson King your progression is mapped out when you join (see above).  Progression occurs in one year increments and you are granted equity for outstanding contribution.  Continuous mentoring and training, both internally and externally, will ensure you add to your skills continuously.

Basic salary, team bonuses, huge additional incentives for individual performance (and the fun and short-term bonuses offered in addition) mean your earnings are uncapped!  You set your own ambitions on earnings and promotion; Nelson King will place no limits!

RESEARCHER - SURREY

£17,500 + generous bonuses + benefits
You really enjoy working on the phone.  But you feel there is a more interesting role with potential to progress.  You think you might enjoy recruitment but do not know where to start.  Here is the opportunity within a friendly, professional consultancy to find out if you would enjoy it.
